Licence terms — Financial Hub

Plain-language terms for the Financial Hub lifetime licence.

What you get

A lifetime, non-transferable licence to use Financial Hub for your own household, on the number of devices shown on your licence.
The modules in the package you bought, plus any add-ons.
CPF rule update packs for the period on your licence (2 years by default) and, with Cards & miles, card update packs (1 year by default). After that the app keeps working; renewing gets you newer packs.

Don’t share, resell or publish the app or your licence file, and don’t try to get around the licence check.
Use your licence on your own devices. You can move it to a new computer from your licence page.

Financial Hub is a planning tool. Its figures are estimates based on what you enter and on published rules at the time of the update pack. It is not financial, tax, legal or insurance advice — check important decisions with CPF Board, HDB, your bank, insurer or a licensed adviser.
You are responsible for keeping your master password, recovery code and backups. We can’t recover data that only exists on your computer.
The app is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the licence.

If Financial Hub doesn’t run on your computer and we can’t fix it, ask within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
