What changes when it’s all in one place
Most households have the numbers. They’re just scattered across payslips, policy documents, bank letters and a spreadsheet nobody updates. Financial Hub puts them together and does the arithmetic.
You know what’s really left each month
Salary after CPF, every bill, premium, instalment and school fee — for the household and for each person. Insurance premiums and loan instalments fill the budget by themselves, so the number you see is the number you have.
Nothing renews or expires by surprise
Road tax, servicing, COE, loan lock-ins, policy renewals, passports, CDA deadlines and award seat openings collect on one to-do list, before they’re due.
You can see retirement before it arrives
CPF to age 99: what you have at 55, what you can withdraw, CPF LIFE payouts, and whether your savings last — with the sliders to try retiring earlier.
Your insurance has no gaps you don’t know about
Every policy in one list with premiums by age, cash values and MediSave use, plus a shortfall check for death, disability and critical illness cover.
Every bill goes on the card that earns the most
It reads your budget, knows each card’s caps and exclusions, and tells you which card to use for each bill — then tracks your miles towards a real trip.
You plan together, not in separate silos
One household view and one per person. Shared bills split the way you actually split them. Payslips, policies and documents stay attached to the person they belong to.
What’s inside
Ten modules that share one set of data. Shown here with the demo household that comes with the app.
A budget that fills itself in
Monthly average or calendar-month view, a cash-flow health gauge and a 12-month forecast. Housing loans paid from CPF are counted separately from cash.
- Add a line once; recurring bills repeat by themselves
- Split shared bills between people
- See where every dollar goes, by category

Payslips in, CPF worked out
Drop in PDF payslips — it reads the common Singapore layouts — or type the figures in once. CPF contributions are calculated month by month with the current rates and ceilings, including the announced 2027 changes.
- OA, SA, MA and RA balances projected forward
- Income history for each person

Every policy, finally in one list
Life, health, Integrated Shield and endowment plans with their documents. Premiums change with age from the premium table, cash values come from your benefit illustration, and the budget updates itself.
- Cover shortfall check
- MediSave vs cash portion of each premium
- Copy a policy for your spouse in one step

Home loans you actually understand
HDB and bank loans with full amortisation, lock-in and repricing dates, mortgage redemption plans, rental income and tenants — for every property you own.
- See what you still owe, year by year
- Test a lump-sum repayment before you make it

Retirement planned to age 99
CPF at 55, the Full Retirement Sum, CPF LIFE payouts, your investments and life events like a child’s university or a car change — projected year by year in today’s or future dollars.
- Move the retirement age and watch the result
- Find the earliest age that still works

The right card for every bill
Singapore miles cards with their real rules — bonus caps, minimum spend, statement months and exclusions. It picks the best card for each budget line, tracks points before they expire and plans award trips with seat-release dates.
- KrisFlyer and Asia Miles
- CardUp, ipaymy and Citi PayAll fees included

Car
COE, road tax, insurance and servicing reminders, car loan and deregistration value.
Kids
School stages, costs, CDA balance and deadlines, milestones by year.
Loans & IOUs
Money lent to or borrowed from family and friends, with a running balance.
Dashboard
One to-do list from every module and a yearly review you can print.
Why it’s different
Most money apps want your bank login and a monthly fee. This one wants neither.
Private by design
Financial Hub is a single file that runs in your browser, on your computer, with no internet connection needed. There is no account and no server holding your data — not ours, not anyone’s.
- AES-256 encryption with your master password
- Recovery code if you forget it
- Locks itself when you step away
- Encrypted backups to a folder you choose
Built for Singapore
Generic budgeting apps don’t know what CPF is. This one runs the actual rules.
- CPF contribution rates, ceilings and allocation for 2026 and 2027
- HDB and bank loans, MRP, repricing
- MediSave, Integrated Shield, CPF LIFE
- Singapore miles cards, KrisFlyer and Asia Miles
Everything is connected
Add a policy and the premium appears in the budget. Reprice a loan and the instalment, cash flow and retirement projection all change. You enter each number once.
Pay once, keep it
A lifetime licence for your household. CPF rule updates are included for 2 years and card updates for 1 year. After that, everything keeps working — you only renew if you want newer rule updates.

Questions
What do I actually get?
A single HTML file you open in Chrome or Edge on Windows or Mac, and a licence file emailed to you after payment. There’s nothing to install. The app keeps your data in that browser, encrypted with your master password.
Can you see my data?
No. Your data never leaves your computer — there’s no account and no server that stores it. Even we can’t open it or reset your password. Keep your recovery code safe.
What happens if my computer breaks?
Set up automatic encrypted backups to a folder (for example one that syncs to your own cloud drive or NAS). On a new computer, open the app, add your licence for that device and restore the backup.
How many computers can I use it on?
Core and Core + Mortgage include 2 devices; Complete includes 3. You can buy extra devices for S$15 each. Changing computers is self-service from the licence page in your email.
What are “updates”?
CPF rates, ceilings and retirement sums change most years, and card rules change often. Signed update packs keep the app current. They’re included for 2 years (CPF) and 1 year (cards). Afterwards the app works as before; you can renew to get newer packs, or edit the figures yourself.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. Ask for an upgrade from Core to Core + Mortgage or Complete, or to add Cards & miles; you pay the difference and receive an updated licence file. Your data stays exactly where it is.
Does it connect to my bank?
No, on purpose. You enter your figures once, drop in payslips, and update balances when you want to. Nothing logs into your accounts.
How do I pay?
PayNow or credit/debit card on a secure payment page. Your licence is emailed to you as soon as the payment goes through.
